Operational Build

Insurance, vendors, riders, transport, route, medical, photography. Production-grade build documents and timelines.

Delivery

On-site delivery with senior oversight. JMM is in the room — not on a Zoom from somewhere else.

Debrief & Renewal

Commercial debrief, sponsor reporting, attendee NPS, and a renewal plan with sharper economics for year two.
